  4. Promotion
    -How are you getting the word out about your product or service, and what methods are you using to reach potential customers?
  5. People
    -Who is behind your marketing efforts, and what kind of team do you have in place to support your goals?
  6. Process
    -What steps do you take to provide your customers with a great experience, from start to finish?
  7. Physical Evidence:The marketing mix is the perfect tool for understanding how your customers interact with you along their journey.From the moment they first become aware of what’s on offer, all throughout their journey until finally purchasing something or turning away from it entirely.
